For the visa run? Yes, but some people try to make you pay for it. It's pretty standard to pay for the ticket, the visa, and most nice bosses give you money for meals and the hotel you will no doubt need. It's still an overnight deal, right? Last I heard they can't process a visa in one day anymore, is that still true?
Round trip to Korea? Usually, but some places will buy a one-way ticket for your trip here and wait to buy the return ticket to lessen their risk. Others buy the return ticket at the same time.
Is that what you meant? |

If you come in with your E-2 already processed you don not need a round trip ticket (home to Korea). One way is fine as they know you will be working and doing so legally.
If you come in on a tourist visa, with the intention of doing a visa run, you need a round trip ticket to prove to immigration that you will be leaving and not planning to mooch (home to Korea to home (or to somewhere else).
If you are doing a visa run to Japan, you need a round trip ticket to get into Japan (Korea to Japan to Korea). |
