Phone the taxi company after you are ready (or atleast time it better) so you don't have a taxi beeping every 30 seconds for 10 minutes while you stomp around the apartment and make way more noise than someone of your size should make everyday in the morning and every so often at night. MMMMK?
Also, to my gym, you have a big ass aircon sitting right there, people are literally taking sitting breaks after every machine, USE IT!
