Hate to burst your bubble, but probably they'll get some good footage of a penguin release for propaganda and then take most of the penguins to a secret underground training camp deep in the wilderness of the Amazon and spend years training them to kill people silently and operate any weapon, and then use them as a secret and totally deniable covert strike force; probably for assassinating innocent people who oppose the Brazilian government's aims.
That's how such things are usually done I think. |
