Hi there, I am considering options given from a few recruiters to work in public schools.
I have read some negative stuff about BCM schools, what about their recruiting side? Has anyone taken a public school job through them?
What were they like and were they honest? Any suprises?
Thanks |

BCM does all 3.
They are a hakwon chain.
They subcontract teachers out to public schools for both the day program and the after school program.
They act as a recruiter.
Just make sure you are signed on with the public school and NOT with the hakwon and then subcontracted out to the school.
The devil is in the details. Be sure to read the contract carefully. |
