I need some help!
Ive spent the last couple of months looking at various websites most days trying to find a good job. Then I think ive found one and through research...it appears a bit shady, wrong location or offering *beep* salary.
Does anyone know of any decent sch's or have any job openings at there school for Sept??
Im a qualified teacher/degree in Linguistics and have TESOL Cert. I believe im worth more than 1.8 mil...but I dunno.
Im looking for block shifts and preferably in Gangnam area...or near by, hrs between 9am-9pm and salary 2.1+
Im sick of recruiters offering one or two and then never hearing from them again so that why I thought maybe this could be an easier way about it!! Id reallly appreciate the help! |

There must be lots of jobs that meet your normal and not greedy requirements. Don't take less than 2 million for an average 30 hours per week job. Make sure housing (or at least a reasonable allowance) is included. Around Kangnam housing is really expensive. With your qualifications and expectations there must be a lot of jobs. Some employers are fussy about nationality, though.
I think www.unitedeslcafe.com has a lot of jobs on it. |

Japan! Or how bout Vietnam, Taiwan or Thailand. Many end up here because most schools don't look for TESL qualifications. |

Yeah, I know there are other countries to work in but ive decided Korea is a good place to make some quick cash.
I never thought it would be this hard and im getting so tired of replying to so many recruiters and not getting anywhere...thats why I thought it would be easier to make a post and see if anyone knew of any quality jobs around gangnam.
Ive thought about sending my resumes directly to schools but I wuldnt have a clue on which ones...
Lets just say its definately doing my head in! |

I put up a list of job sites on my link below with tips on good jobs. (look under 'j' for 'jobs'). Not all of them are through recruiters. I also suggest being a bit more flexible with location. |
