Last night I watched Running Scared (a helluva film, btw), and there are shots of pubic hair, fellatio, and other scenes which used to be big no-nos. I think I speak for everyone when I say Hallelujah!

Is there anyone who is up to date on Korean censorship laws? I'm not, but in the past couple of years I've seen the DVD releases of The Shining and A Clockwork Orange, both which contain scenes of genetalia, and a handful of other titles that are uncensored.

Jesus, I remember when drug use on film -- even marijuana smoking -- wasn't permitted, and that was only 6 years ago.

The times, my friend...

(Now if only a 100% uncensored Korean DVD of Boogie Nights were available.)
