I would be scared to hell using those in Seoul.
It is bad enough if they do see you, what will happen if you are below their window?

Based on 'programmable' and 'stationary', I'm guessing this is an at-home exercycle. Is that correct, OP? |

That would be nice if one had a park near by to ride in. Definitely those aren't for the streets, at least in Korea anyway.
Where would one find stationary bikes, running machines in Korea online? |

I live 2 minutes from Hangang park and cycle there many evenings. I am sorely tempted to buy a recumbent bike while I am in US. |

You can buy them here--I have seen them several places. Of course, there is the standard 30+% import duties which are figured into the price. |
