Does anyone else have problems logging in....

Every time I try to post a message in any other forum apart from this one, I am told to log in....when i try to log in, i am told:

"Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user."

i have tried to tell "Dave" about this several times and each time I am told ...ok this has been activated now...but i get the same result...

I am not even based in Korea....I am a new bie based in Hong Kong

I need help PLEASE
