Are teaching jobs in Korea still widely available in November? I ask because I probably won't get my degree conferred until mid-November and will only be able to get a visa then.

If you are looking for a job in an elementary school, it is doubtful, as they start their semesters close to the beginning of September. You can always get a job at a hagwon any time, year round. People are always looking.
