If you can make it up to Seoul, you can get a sand bag easily at Dongdeamun at one of the hundreds of sports supplies stores there.

As for the rope, you should be able to get that at any hardware store located all over Korea.

I thought someone had finally come to the end of their rope with their boss and was contemplating offing him. Frankly, I'm disappointed.
