Anyone see this movie?
My wife bought it for me (I tend to like sport dramas).
I foudn it uneven but the end saved it for me.
The guy from Old Boy is excellent once again however...
Thoughts? |

i havent seen it although have heard some good comments about it.
not to go off topic but you seem to know your korean films Homer, have you seen the King and the Clown? I understand there was a lot of hype about it in Korea, it was supposed to be at the London Korean Film Fetsival but never made it in the end. What were your impressions of it? |

Saw it in the DVD Bang a while ago...
Not a bad movie, but not enough to connect with and hang onto ....
I might have been reading too much into it, but I thought it was another comment on the North / South divide. Two desperadoes, both had it rough, slugging it out in a match you don't want to happen, and you don't know who to cheer for. |
