I'm on holidays in Seoul, and I've just been offered some freelance work translating. I don't need to be in Korea to do it, as its emailed both ways. I am opening a bank account tomorrow, so pay is directly deposited in to my account.
Do I need a working visa for this sort of work, you think? |

Are you in Korea? Did you enter Korea on a foreign passport? Are you getting some remuneration for the work?
If yes, then you need a visa or you are an illegal. End of discussion. |
