I remember before I came to Korea, I read a blog called Incestuous Amplification and, christ, I've never seen (read) such bitterness before or since. They guy took it down, but it was a real piece of work. It would probably annoy the author that I came to Korea anyways and have been having a good time.

What's the most negative Korea-related blog you've ever read?

I remember that blog well. (wow, you've not been here as long as I'd thought) It was negative, it was one-sided, but it was hysterically good. Of course, no-one thought for a minute that he was being evenhanded or fair. Nor are satirists or comedians, for that matter. Fairness has nothing to do with the enjoyment that blog brought so many of us.

Anyway, one of my all-time favourites and a sad day it was when he stopped. Any other negative blog since must inevitably be measured against it, and all so far have come up wanting.

There are several posters here who I think, if they cared to, could do a very good negative blog. But I don't expect we'll ever see the likes of IA again.

That was by user maryk. If I recall, he banished himself after promising that Iraq would not turn into a Vietnamesque quagmire.

Yes.
