So my boss told me that she would email me the lesson plans before i come down. I am now leaving in 2 weeks and no lesson plans of yet. Has anyone gotten info before heading down or did most peeps just wing it?

First i've ever heard of a boss e-mailing an incoming teacher their lesson plans. Do what every teacher does, look at the curriculum when you get to the school and forumlate your own lesson plan. You should have time during your "observation/training" period if you have such time.
