They caught him in Thailand. He was living there.

Sadly enough, if he were an esl teacher, it wouldn't shock me in the least.

If he turns out to be an ESL psycho, we'll give him an award.

Yes.

But which thread has suggested this guy is just another ESL psycho that Asia attracts like flies?
