As long as they "try" to test it downwind (or whichever wind blows north) in their own damn country, it's kind of rat's ass for me. But if they ever "try" firing nuke-tipped rockets around just for kicks (like over S. Korea or Japan or something), then that's another matter...
Honestly, I don't think anyone believes they've got any. |
