Hi does anyone know a bank is where my bank card from home will work? I think there's one in Itaewon somewhere? Does anyone have directions? Also I live in Bundang so does anyone know of one in this area?

Thanks

Bundang-gu is a big place... so this is maybe more general than you want but it is the best I can do for now.

In the subways and many of the convenience stores you will find an ATM with the "NICE" brand logo (blue star shaped logo with the initials N.I.C.E in it) on the top or the side of the machine. These are owned by the National Korean Credit agency and despite the fact that they don't always look so good they are reliable and reputable.

They will have a number of international logos on them (VISA, PLUS, CIRRUS, M/C, etc).

Match one of the symbols on the back of your card to one on the machine and you are away.

KEBank, KB*bank, FAMILY MART, GS 25 mart, 7-11's and some of the other CHAIN convenience stores also have these machines.

There are several by SeoHyun Station.

KB (Kookmin Bank) is also good for international cards.

My KB bank card worked in the UK when I was there too.

NICE machines have never done too well with my Canadian card. The most reliable ones I've found have been Citibank. The one in the Itaewon subway station also does international cards, or at least it used to...
