I was just wondering if you have to take an entrance exam for these programs, like the GMAT or something. |

Some you do, but most - no.
Unfortunately it is on a school by school (and sometimes department by department) basis. The best thing you can do is research the school you are leaning toward and check out their admission requirements.
if you are at the beginning stages of your thoughts about beginning an online Masters program, here is a few schools you can check out that i know you definitely do not need to take an entrance requirement exam:
www.athabascau.ca
www.ncu.edu
www.royalroads.ca
And if you want to bring your scope wider, check out these two compilation pages that have many accredited universities, the programs they offer and in some cases, the costs of the master's program:

http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Haven/2386/distance.html
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info! I took the GMAT after taking a Kaplan test prep course (in the last century), and I still got an abysmal score in math. At this point, I think I've forgotten ALL math |
