Does anybody know where I can get these items in Seoul?

Much appreciated.

Haven't seen creme fraiche, but parma ham is available from Costco, albeit sproadically.

Did you try Star Super or Carrefour (go quickly, I hear they're closing). Also, Hannam market sometimes has some exotic dairy items. Is creme fraishe cheese or cream? I think you're SOL on that score. I swear I saw it at least once at Carrefour.

Creme fraiche is generally 1 part sour cream to one part heavy cream, mixed together, covered with plastic and left out for 24 hours to make it more piquant. Both ingredients to make it are available at any wal-mart.

When I was in Spain, Dannon put out this fantastic fruity creme fraiche stuff. Slightly sweet, not salty or tangy. Wow. I always keep my eyes open for it here, but I'm not optimistic.
