Does anyone play online lotteries?I was keen on one called Bestslips.I researched this in many lottery forums and it seems quite legit.It allows you to play several States with only 3 numbers.Small payoffs, but much better odds and because the payoffs are lower there would be no taxes. Unfortunately, they use Click-2-Play and my credit cards are US based and I am located in South Korea, so I can not register with them.

Has anyone had any success in such a situation? Were you able to sign-up with a legit one whilst being in Korea, but having an overseas credit card?

In-person lotteries are bad enough. Online lotteries? That's a bit much. Why not just play the Korean ones (if that's where you are)?
