The Brickhouse Bar&Grill offers free beginners' classes on Thursday nights. That's downtown, half a block down from the "Family Hotel" (sorry, can't be more specific). Friendly people, good atmosphere, and you can drink a cold beer as you learn.

For more serious studying, Chungnam University offers courses, and i would imagine other universities would have some as well. No details about those, though.

At one time, Hannam U also had Korean classes, but I don't know if that program is still running.

On the website it says this. Is that supposed to be Korean classes only for Vietnamese immigrants.

Also, if anyone is living their job in January or February, I am looking for a job in Daejon. I am currently teaching in the country side in Chunchamnamdo.
