Hi all. I'm considering a job with a school called Gate in Ilsan. I asked for contact info for former teachers, those who no longer work there. Recruiter told me: the school is less than 1 year old and all teachers currently working there are the only ones who have ever worked there.

For some reason I became suspicious of this. Can anyone verify: is Gate in Ilsan less than 1 year old?

If they are that new, they will have little to no curriculum...that means you will spend ALOT of unpaid time making it.

Also, expect to have many scheduling, communication, and administrative problems with this school..

Although the big chains can seem like hell sometimes, they are reliable in the fact that they have established curriculums, experience with foreign staff, and most pay on time..
