It is known North Korea has the plutonium to test a nuclear weapon. Making the plutonium is the hard part. NK wants to conduct a nuclear test, which China strongly disagrees with. I saw on TV an analyst say that such a nuclear test by NK could cause capital flight in both South Korea and Japan. And I think later China and Russia as they both border NK too.
Japan has plutonium and could develope the bomb in a few weeks, then SK would, and possibly Taiwan.
We could all be gone from South Korea in a few weeks because if foreign investment were to flee, so would the foreigners in SK. |
