Hi, could any body tell me if it is normal for the school to reimburse my air ticket (only one way) on arrival or should push for a return ticket (both ways) up front or sent to my home. Also is 22,000 ph overtime a bit stingy. Furthermore, I am required to work sats and suns with a day off in the week (sometimes). I don't wish to sound tight but I just think it will improve my image of them from the start if I know they are offering the going rate in terms of both the airfare and overtime. Its not the money so much as the knowledge that they are being fair. I am just going on what other people have said on this forum.

Thanks

Not uncommon and happens quite a bit. Up to you whether you want to take the risk or not..

Depends on where you are working but for a(educated guess) noob on thier 1st contract that actually is a little above normal

BIG RED FLAG, you will need your downtime. I wouldn't even consider the contract after reading i had to work on saturdays and sundays

Post your contract

Working Sats is bad....working Sats and Suns is ludicrous! Sounds like a good way to burn out fast!
