This morning when I left I was cold!

So, is the summer over? Not even one month of it?

Those days are gone forever
I should just let them go but-

I can see you-
Your brown skin shinin' in the sun
You got that top pulled down and that radio on, baby
And I can tell you my love for you will still be strong
After the boys of summer have gone

It's pretty fresh down on the south coast this evening. As in, not unbearably humid and hot. It's still warm enough for tshirts and shorts without feeling the slightest bit cold though. Sposed to be 28 and sunny here tomorrow. Great weather if the evenings remain cool.

Ya know, I was fortunate enough to run into Joyfulgirl in Mokdong today around 1:30. We sat outside talking for a good 5 minutes or so, and I didn't so much as break a brow sweat. That's reallllly unusual for me, because I sweat so easily. It may have been for the nice breeze we had going in the Mokdong area today, but I felt it was cooler than usual today.

A happy sign for me. I really become self-conscious when I'm sweating buckets and everyone else is cool and dry.

Its over over over. I hated this summer - it was terrible.

If summer was a person I would choke slam it . And then do a little victory dance to display some sort of contempt for the shi*tty season.

I dont like summer.

Frick I hope so. This is the longest summer of my life. When I came to Korea in November it was hot. It was still plus 20celsius here and it was snowing a foot back home when I left home. I felt hot here all winter in Korea. My body didn't climatize to Korea's weather. This summer it started warming up in Korea by April.

Then I went to Thailand and thought I was going to suffocate as soon as I went outside of Bangkok airport. I got used to it. Then I went home where it was over 30 celsius for 6 weeks. Then I came back to Korea for another blistering, hotter than Thailand and less atmosphere sort of thing. I'm going on over 6 months of dreary hotter than hot heat and hope it will stop someday soon. I like the heat and plan to spend vacations in Australia and Thailand this winter. But, seriously, this is ridiculous. I'm used to 7ft of snow in January and freezing my butt off. I can't take all the hot weather anymore. I like it, but, I don't like it. I'm used to a month of hot weather if we're lucky. Now 6 months and I want to move.

Good heavens, I haven't heard this word since I graduated from BYU. Are you from Utah? Shocked

And, yeah, I hope summer is over. But it's still far too humid for me. No wonder I'm daydreaming about moving to New Mexico. Confused

It was a lovely drive to the office this morning - no a/c and the windows open all the 60km.

Probably, there's still a sting in the summer's tail.

This was the worst of 3 summers I've spent in Korea in terms of precipitation, humidity and overall discomfort. Glad it'll be over soon.

This summer was amazing! I wish it could that hot for another few months. The best part was riding my bike in 34 celcius, sweating buckets of poison, and sucking back ice cold beer.

I'm still up for another two or three months of summer. That was way too quick. Winter has and always will suck.

I'm counting the days until fall but dreading winter. The low levels of sunlight and the bitter cold combine to make my days quite bleak. My 1 consolation is that I have but 1 winter left and perhaps a bit of a Korean spring then I'm outta here Very Happy
