Job hunting IN Korea...school pay flight over?

If I take a job while not in Korea then the employer will pay the flight both ways.

If I take a job while in Korea, is the employer likely to pay for the flight over?

It is possible for an employer to pay for the flight, however, not very likely as they would also have to pay to send you to Japan on a Visa run.

Short answer, probably not. If you want anything extra like this, you'd better have something worth bargaining for.
