I'e begun looking for new housing since my landlord is raising my rent from 45만원 to 55. Since I live in an officetel, my utility and management fees are usually 13만원 per month. 68 만원 for everything is too expensive. I know a bunch of korean sites which show housing online, but they are not too dependable. Anyone know of a decent place to live near Bundang. I'm currently around Seohyun.
