|
|
Having exhausted my patience using the SEARCH feature here, hoping to find a post regarding where I might find a pet store in or near Bundang ... I'm going to just try my luck here.
Please ... could someone spare a few minutes to write down clear directions to a pet store or shelter - from Jeonja Station, Bundang. I would really appreciate it.
Thanks very much in advance. |

Good lord Red Dog...the OP DID NOT ask you if Pet Stores were good or bad...
The OP wants to find a pet store where she can get a pet.

but was recently at Chungmuro, on the Orange Line. There is a street of nothing but pet stores. Gotta go out Exit 9, I think. |

I'm not hijacking anything ... people need to be warned not to go out and get a cute animal at a pet store only to discard him or her later. She did ask about shelters too ... and a shelter is the right place to adopt a permanent animal companion, once you've decided you are ready to make a lifetime commitment. |

Korea's supreme pet stores are in Dongdeamun. Go to Dongmyo, exit going south turn right at the the river. |

Sorry OP, I can't help you out here, but I do have a funny anecdote...
The best pet store I ever found was one where they weren't making enough money so they converted the front to a 'meat on a stick' joint. |

If you want to get a pet, I recommend looking at classified ads. The pets you would get in Chungmuro are more expensive and aren't treated well. Whatever you do, don't go to Dongdaemoon for pets.
For some reason, Koreans don't know the phrase "free to a good home." |

A lot of vet clinics sell these ... I don't recall seeing one in Bundang but I'm sure there are a lot of them around. I would avoid giving my business to any place that sells animals. |
