I have a personal affinity for S Bar...

There's another spot which some of my Korean friends have been telling me to go to which is somewhere nearby S Bar...

Garden can be a wicked night out too...

Always got NB there too...

The only place I've ever gone is the Garden. It's got a great layout, the music is, uh, well it's electronic so I can't really say if it's good or bad. Apgujeong is just no fun as far as I'm concerned. It's a place to buy trendy earrings, not to have a night out.

And don't get me started on NB. I hate all the NBs and it's hard to have a good time in them because I can't help but think "you are a trendy poser" every time I meet somebody there. I think NB stands for Nobody's Black.

Only place I've been is the Blue Moon jazz lounge. The atmosphere is perfect for listening to live jazz. Very expensive, though, but I guess that goes without saying. Cheapest wine bottle: 45k. Decent bottle, about 100k.

To get there, you go down the intersection that runs perpendicular to Galleria, going away from Galleria, and it's on the left a couple hundred yards down.

Laughing

I've only been to Once In A Blue Moon once, but I have to say I thought it was great.

Judging by how the majority of folks I've seen in the clubs there are cliquey, image-obsessed label-whores, maybe 10th grade?

You'll definitely see some of the most well-put together women in Korea hanging out on that neighborhood, but it's very, very ghetto fabulous. I met a guy there who had to wait for the subway to open because he couldn't afford to put gas in his BMW.

You get a lot of this in LA, too.
