Seoul expats angry at traffic, visa system
"Professional drivers [bus drivers] are the worst violators," said Michael Breen, a resident of Korea for more than twenty years. "I have seen six to seven cars go through red lights without stopping," fumed another foreigner. "This is more an issue of traffic culture than of systems," Choi Young, director-general of industry for Seoul said. "We will talk to the police and see if we can address the issue."
"I think Seoul should start thinking about giving residency cards for foreigners like they do in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore," said Frans Hampsink, the president of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea. "[Long-term expatriates living here] should not have to go renew visas every year."

| Foreigners here get angry when the sun shines into their window in the morning. I fail to care. |

| RR would be failing in his duty if he didn't report foreigners complaining about Korea. |

That's important news... Who the hell writes this stuff? Or, where the hell is a good sub-editor when you need one. |
