blogger.com

or get a host for cheap - budget hosting runs from $2.99/month up to around $9.99/month for insane amounts of storage and bandwidth. Of course the more you pay the better the service.

I use directnic.com. Pay 15 a year for the site and an additional 10 (i think) for bannerless hosting.

I have been with them since 2000 and haven't had one problem. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

By "noncommercial" you mean they don't put any ads on your site?

Offhand, I can't think of one, but I'm sure if you google "free web hosting" you'll get a lot to choose from.

By the way, your requirement #3 is not the responsibility of the host, it's the job of the coder making the html page, and the person actually looking at the page.

Technically, all hosts have the ability to display hangul. But not all surfers have the ability to see it.

I registered a domain a few years ago and want to unlock it. How do I find the company I registered it with and the log-in information?

Do a whois internic search on the domain. That will tell you the company you registered it with.

Contact them for the username and password. It will be painful, and rightly so.

by non-commercial, I meant no e-commerce stuff - more for 'personal' stuff

brief (?) mental glitch on my part - yep, html code determines the output

did google, but nothing suitable (to me) came up

ended up using tripod

cheap (as in free), easy, flexible enough, 'domain' name is tolerable
