Most Koreans Go Overseas for Pleasure
The majority of overseas Korean travelers spend money mostly on travel, medical and educational services, while a large portion of spending by incoming foreign travelers are business-related expenses.

The number of overseas Korean travelers rose to 6.53 million during the seven-month period from 5.8 million in the previous year, according to the Korea Tourism Organization. The number of incoming foreign travelers stood at 3.46 million, compared with 3.41 million a year earlier.

His point is that most people traveling to Korea don't come here for pleasure but for business. People come here because they have to, not because they want to I guess.
