I have always been fascinated with these things, and I think they are probably one of the best inventions that has never had much success in the west. Why wipe when you can wash? Anyways, I want to get a couple as gifts to take home for Christmas.

Does anyone know the best place to buy? An online site?

And, has anyone ever bought one and taken it back home? Will it work with the different electriity?

Cheers

I have, I just don't have any info to add. I've usually seen them cost around 300,000-500,000 in the big stores.

Maybe check this site - http://www.biobidet.com/ - for info.

They won't work in Canada or the States without a step-UP transformer to change the electricity from 110 - 240 for the power pack.

Save your money.

If you are sending it to the UK however, it will be fun for your mom and sister(s) Wink .

There's a company in Illinois that makes them just like the Asians make them. The top part only...I think they cost about the same. I hate that they have automatically closing lids, no one thinks about the goddam dogs anymore.
