You can.... it may take up to business 4 days for processing....
It has been done in one or two days but don't bank on it. |

It'll be a bit faster for Caucasians. The reason for the delay in processing is the fact that so many Filipinos apply for (and are denied) a visa. Koreans, like most of the world, are keen to prevent illegal immigrants from the Philippines.
Filipinos who already received visas to go to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, etc. get processed faster, as there is a presumption that these other countries have already done thorough background checks. If you are a national of any of these countries (and a few others on the Caucasian-is-the-majority network) then you won't have any problems in the Philippines. Koreans don't want to keep YOU folks out.  |
