Bought this computer less than a month ago figuring I was going to stay in Korea for one year, but unfortunately (well, fortunately) a job opportunity opened up in the US for me and I need to leave by the end of the month. I put in almost 700,000k into this beast putting it all together 3 weeks ago, and I'm trying to get back equal to what would be the cost of me sending it home with insurance and everything (which is expensive). So the first 550,000 gets it...it's in perfect shape and still virtually fresh outta the box.

19-inch flat screen thin LCD monitor paid 270,000 for it 3 weeks ago, still brand new, no scratches, black edges. Perfect.
Pentium 4 intel 2.8 ghz
250 gig Hard Drive (have ALL seasons and ALL episodes of family guy, HBO Entourage, Lost, Showtime Penn and Teller shows, Howard Stern on demand, Sopranos, Dave Chappelle show, MTV wildboys, and TONS of movies and still have 150 gig left) watch or erase, whatever...
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 great for watching movies and playing the games
512 megs of RAM
3-piece great quality speaker set with woofer cost me 30,000
Black sleek tower
Black keyboard
Ultra-violet transparent mouse
Excellent top quality cooling fan cost me 35,000
English Windows XP pro fully registered
McAfee virus protection
and I'll throw in da surge protector

I live in Apgujeong, 5 minutes walking from the station. Please call me at 010-3184-7370 or leave me a text. Thing looks cool and is an awesome machine, I can send pics or feel free to come take a look and try it out. Need to sell it by the end of this month, 28th to be exact.

Thank you for your interest.

Aaron

Also, I should add, due to the nature of my new work back in the states, I need to stay in contact with the people I'll be teaming up with on a daily basis, so I'd need the computer until around Sept. 20-something...so if anyone is interested, if you could hold on a couple more weeks, it would be much appreciated. Thanks again...

I'm interested in this. Tried calling you Aaron but you're busy. I have

a few Qs.

1. Is that chip dual core? (I gather it is if it's new)

2. Does the vid card have tv out? (I use s-video to tv)

3. Is there a firewire port? (for movie editing)

4. Is there a dual layer dvd burner in it?

5. Type and amout of RAM.

6. What Motherboard did you put in it?

THANKS.

Hi Shane, boy, I'm not really computer guy, I just told a Korean friend of mine who knows a lot about computers what my budget was and that I wanted an excellent system and we went together to yongsan to get some good stuff. The 512 ram is a good quality one, I know there was one of the same (512) for less but he told me to get this one. All those other questions...if you'd like to come over anytime and check it out, you're more than welcome. Actually I didn't install a cd/rom or dvd burner because the LCD screen is huge and the gig is 250..which is like 300 full length movies right there...but I think you can install one for an extra 50k.

ok .....I think my plan will be to build a new sys because I need at least a gig of ram and a DL burner....and by the look of it I can build with a 3 gig chip around the same price as I'm not concerned with games/video card specs.

thanks for the info.

The guy who was going to give me 600k to beat other offers backed out and said his director screwed him and wouldn't have the full amount this month anyway...(not even lookin to get top price just 550k) ugh, so now I have a bunch of PMs and unknown numbers on my phone, if the people that are still interested could post a PM with your number, let me call you and we can set up a time to meet this weekend...if it checks out, drop me a 100,000 deposit and the system is yours on the 28th...

thanks

Mike, nothing to worry about Smile ...I think you've been in Korea too long, I'm American, not Korean, so no scam here. Wink I just don't want to think it's sold, take the ad off and have some one back out on the 27th or something.
