I know basic and a bit of Fortran and some other dumbass language. I would like to learn C++. I am working at a university and I was using a computer in the back of a class while a lesson was being taught about C++. Half the bleeding students were goofing off as usual. I could have screamed at them for passing up a great opportunity to learn a valuable skill. My point is are all monitors wired with the facility to learn the language and can I get a book and just plug in at the back of one of theses classes and learn with them or on my own?
