| Howdy folks. I've never used a Frequent Flyer mile before, but I have almost 25k on northwest. How do I use the rascals on my magic flight home in 6 months? Should I ask the company to use them for me or contact the airline after I get the ticket? I want Business class on that wicked Japan/Detroit leg! |

I have Worldperks also, and i just flew that Japan - Detroit route a few weeks ago. I've grown to hate both. I have over 41,000 points and they still wouldn't let me upgrade because the original price of my ticket was too low.
Instead of having your company bbok the flight, take the cash value and use it to book a ticket online.
When you book your fare from the NWA website, there is a link regarding how to claim your points.
You need a something above an M class fare, i think. |

Upgrading an economy class has some restrictions
Basicly there are 2 economy class tickets
one that can be upgraded and one that cannot be upgraded.
Ofcourse the one that can be upgraded is more xpensive. |
