I've noticed the little parks around me, they've started to install some really, really horrible abstract sculptures. Now, I kind of like abstract art but these are just putrid. Is this a Nowon thing or has anyone else noticed it too? Maybe the government had budgeted something this year to support Korean artists and this is the result.
