And I don't mean "it's a slight disappointment," I mean it really and truly is one of the worst albums I've ever heard...and this coming from a huge Outkast fan.
Do yourself a favor and listen to the album on the group's MySpace page. And by "do yourself a favor" I really mean rip off your fingernails with a pair of pliers.

Great news, because that just confirms that my instinct to buy ok go's new album in about an hour is a solid one. |

You're just getting old Tibby. Why are you listening to Outcast anyway? You're a Dad for gods sake! Get some John Denver on!! Or Herb Albert and the Tijuana Brass. Dad music is where you're at. |

Sweet. Seriously, upload that to me if you can. I lost my Prisoners albums in about 1986 (frickin' thieving mod-mates!!). |

I will, pm me and we'll set it up somehow. Check this- I still have (somewhere) a copy of the A Taste of Pink limited release pressed in pink transparent vinyl. I wonder how much it's worth? Not much, probably, |

Worth something to Prisoner fans no doubt. Graham Day has a new band, Solarflares. Their website would be the internet place to check such things out. Pink transparent vinyl is so 80's!!! Outrageous. |

I'd really like to heed your advice on this issue, Tiberious, but I've been burned by Psychedelic Kimchi before. Just a few days ago, I had been reading your review of Land of the Dead, and I came across this piece of information:
Quote: |
All in all, Land of the Dead is a very worthy edition to Romero's oeuvre. It's just too bad that it came on the heels of better zombie films such as 28 Days Later, Shaun of the Dead, and Garfield: The Movie. |
As a fan of the zombie genre, I rushed to the local video store to acquire a copy of Garfield. Needless to say, I was horrified by what I saw, but such terror paled by comparison to the overwhelming sense of utter betrayal: There were no bloody, severed limbs whatsoever, and at no time were there any zombies to be found.
Shame on you, Mr. Sparkles, for misleading your readers in such a devious manner. |

Excuse my ignorance but who are the prisoners? What are/were they about? I've been getting into a few (semi) obscure groups lately and am keen for more. |
