I think there was someone from Finland on this board. If you help me translate this, I'd really appreciate it. Smile My Finnish is minimal. Only know phrases like kuinka paljon.

Kerro minulle asteikolla 1-10:

1. Kuinka paljon ajattelet minua pivittin?

2. Kuinka paljon surisit jos katoaisin?

3. Kuinka hyvin muistat puhlinnumeroni?

4. Kuinka mustasukkainen olet minusta muille?

5. Kuinka trke olen sinulle?

Lket vastauksesi henkillle, jolta sait tmn viestin ja vlit viesti kaikille ystvillesi.

Also, does anybody know any better English-Finnish online dictionary than this? Word endings are painful. It makes it extra hard to look up words.

Tell me on the scale from 1 to 10:

1. How much do you think of me daily?
2. How much would you miss* me if I disappeared? (*miss=ikvid, surra=grieve)
3. How well do you remember my phone number?
4. How jealous are you of me?
5. How important I am to you?

Hope it helps! Umm, do you consider this as a spam, or did you get it from some nice Finnish lady? Very Happy Good luck if you did! Very Happy Sorry but I can't help with that dictionary thing, though.

(Pst! I'm coming to Seoul at the end of the month. My GF (in Seoul) has a pretty decent Finnish Grammar book (which I bought for her) that you could probably copy if you wanted to...)

Back in high school, I had a Finnish girlfriend (she was an exchange student). The following year, I visited her and her family in west central Finland for a few weeks. I still hear from her now and again (it's been about twenty-five years since we last saw each other).

I learned some Finnish, but have forgotten most of it, except for the basic pleasantries.

Beautiful country and people.

No, just some Estonian.

Kuinka paljon = kui palju, sinulle = sulle, etc.

I do like Star Wreck: in the Pirkinning though.

Thank you so much. I think I got 80% right with my dictionary. It was a bit of work. She spams me every now and then. Laughing Oh, btw, thank you for the offer but I'm living in Canada. Wink

I would have liked to learn some but, regrettably, the Finnishing School in my hometown closed up years ago.
