Is is ok (legal) to teach English but not get paid for it? I am a foreigner.
Can I teach some kids private English lessons and recieve no pay?
I am not crazy, just wondering the law.

Everything I have read on this board is it is against the law. This tends to come up when people talk about volunteering at orphanages or the like. How enforced it is is the part that gets a lot of debate though.

You might be able to get more responses if you don't put it in the travel forum. See if you can get it moved over to the job-discussion board. |
