This is a tough one, deciding what to do has me climbing the walls. My wife is pregnant, due in mid April. She is on an F3 dependant spouse visa. My visa is up in late Feb, meaning that like last year, she would have to exit the country, apply for a new F3 and then return. However, being in the last trimester, she won't be able to travel. Should she have to leave the country, our child will have to be born in her country and I won't be able to be there for the final stage of her pregnancy, which is not an option. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to get her an extension of her F3 so she doesn't have to leave the country in her state? Thanks in advance for your help.
