how do you say the tetragrammaton? (i'm talking personal preference, here.) Elohim or Hashem?

and how do you write "God"? with or without the "o"?

this is really just a poll, i guess. i've met some very conservative Jews who look at me strangely if i say Elohim instead of Hashem and others who will only write G-d.

It's spelt God, as in Got damn.
