News item: According to published reports, the NFL (National Football League) has encouraged teams to not play Gary Glitter's "Rock and Roll Part 2" following the British glam rocker's conviction for molesting underage girls in Vietnam.
I think this is about the stupidest idea to come down the pike since Air Canada decided to provide a "new Canadian beer brewed for the Japanese market" as the only beer on a flight from Incheon to Vancouver. Dumbasses. |

While he was clever enough not to leave any overt lyrical clues, even a cursory examination of the subtext makes it obvious that pedophilia was on Glitter's mind when he wrote the song. |
