I was sharing a flat with a girl some time ago in Aus, and we used to have farting competitions when I couldn't be bothered to hold it. She used to make pretty loud ones.

She was working nights at a restaurant and said everytime the girls wanted to let one rip they would make a short trip out the door, and come back in. never thought of doing that. I'd either hold it, or head for the John when nature called.

She and other females used to cal the stink ones S.B.D.s. Silent but deadly ones

I hear that a lot, I do prefer Silent but Violent. The rhyming ones are best for me.

Kind of like when i moved to Canada, I kept hearing "purple nurple" WTF is a nurple? It's NIPPLE CRIPPLE!!!

Generally though, I do it in class and I make them silent. So as I walk around the classroom there's a cloud surrounding the students.

One time I let a silent but deadly one go in a small classroom (middle school kids) and everyone smelled it. The boys went around blaming everyone but it wasn't until I jumped in on one boy that it stuck. (I sure wasn't going to take credit for it!) For days they called that kid "fart boy". Laughing

Japanese are pretty keen on their "fart porn".

Pretty, skimpily clad girl eats an onion and continues to let it rip.

Just thought I'd share.....

They say farting is contagious, like yawning.

I farted twice so far while reading this thread. And laughed my ass off at the second crop duster definition. And... at LOLLLZER. WTF is that? Confused

An empty house is better than a bad tenant.

That's what my all crikey Aussie Dad used to say.
But I think farting on a subway, if one knows it's going to be smelly is pretty yuck. Not necessarily for the people around but for the stinky operator who did it is a kind of non-chalance 'Here you'll smell me' kind of stand up self-aggrandising personality that is somewhat not gearing their talent in better ways. Surely if they want to grandstand they could do a better job preaching peace and love on the streets or somethin'.

Considering this one time I was waiting for the elevator with these two adjumas and one of them let a HUGE long fart rip...didn't say anything, and the other adjuma acted like it never happened, I'd say it's okay to fart anywhere and anytime. The worst part was the elevator door opened, we got in and the smell followed her...most disguisting thing I've experienced this year!

The absolute worst has got to be when somebody rips a flesh-eating radioactive fart in the elevator, and quickly gets off just as you get on, but although you're holding your breath, you get off your floor and the victims entering think it was you.

There's got to be a catchy term for that.

Fart-framed?

You guys have no idea how good you have it: in New York the subways smell like nothing but farts.

Cor Cheenas! Your pitiful little farts in the subways of NYC have nothing on a strip joint full of good ole southern boys fired up on barbequed ribs, baked beans and collared greens. NO SUH! NOt even close I say. Though the worst fart story I have to tell involves a stripper. She was dancing on stage doing this neat little trick with the pole before her song started, and boooom... OUT came this thundering rumbler of doom. I think some of the good old boys were picking out chunks of farted out corn from their teeth after that one. I know I heard it back at the bar where I was sitting, and that alone is an impressive feat considering I wear hearing aids.
