When I was in Korea I'd thought. . .

Living there was the farthest I'd gone

But found

Square angles in every face

Tied to one place,

Featureless fads

Where smiles were traced

To fit the same face

Mine poked in for fun.

when i was in korea
I was impressed by the chicks
but let down by the system
where the bosses are pricks

I went there for teaching
but left in a huff
I was screwed by the school
and i just had enough

when i was in korea
i was prodded and poked
by curious natives
who drank soju and smoked

I was screwed by the hagwon
but not by the women
If it wasn't for planes
I woulda left swimmin'

When i left korea
I left it for good
but now that I'm home...
I'd be back if I could

So now i be thinking
(while at uni to learn),
of repacking my bags
and to korea return

I like it too. I was just surprised that my online pal posted it on this forum since often times people diss OP's that display their artistic ability. Thanks Rock! Very Happy

I would write a poem too but the only word I can think of that rhymes with Korea is diarrhea.
