Hey!

If I lug a stack of books (in good condition) from Gangwon-do to Itaewon, will What the Book buy them off me? Do they buy books off people?

Thanks.

No, one time I was on the subway and out of nowhere he sucker punched me and stole my book Wink

Yes, he does. I believe he gives half of what he can resell it for.

Hey, there's more than a few people in Gangwon looking for English books. PM me maybe there's a few I'd like to take off your hands.

He'll buy them off of you. Go to http://www.whatthebook.com and email him. He'll tell you. The buy prices are different (can't remember...but...I think it's something like 1,500 WON for paperbacks, half of what he will sell hard covers for.

Ring him up; he's a nice guy; polite, to the point, and always has (or researches) an answer.

His buying policy is clear and posted on the wall behind him, (at the store) and I'm sure he'd be willing to tell you what he will buy and for how much.
