Sad story, but the ice cream truck part also makes it funny. It reminds me of the great Bill Forsythe film, Comfort and Joy, about a DJ who gets sucked into a war between rival ice cream truck companies. It had a delicious Godfather parody in it.

Darn you!

I came home all set to write a story about running into Rafik the Russian in a doo-rag tonight, but you spoiled it. I mean, just how many Russian threads can we have at one time?

"The students said they worked 13-hour days, seven days each week"

There's more to this story than we are being told. 13 hours a day? Those dudes were selling more than ice cream.
