| I will be teaching in the Seolleung area and would like to find a place for 600,000ish. Is this possible, or am I off base? Thanks for the help. |

Sure. The average rent near Seolleung station, with a minimum of 10 million key money, would be 500,000 for 10 pyeong studios.
Just come here and walk around the 3000 or so estate agents in the Daechi-dong area. |

| If you'd like something more like 15 pyeong, you can get a place in Yeoksam for something like 5 mil down and 600 a month. It's one subway stop over. |
