Besides Itaewon, of course, where I live now in Bundang seems like the area with the most whities floating around I have ever seen. I know there are a lot in Ilsan too. What area would you say has the highest number of foreigners? By area I would say that's a particular "gu" in Seoul or elsewhere.
Anyway, Bundang has a lot. |

I'm sure that makes you feel safer. You could form your own gangland ghetto there and take over the illegal vice trade in privates. |

I've lived in Bundang and Gangnam and I would say there are a lot more waegooks in Gangnam.
During the Summer, if I was having a beer outside a Familymart, I would see foreigners walking by every few minutes. And that's just in my little villa neighborhood in Daechi 4 dong. |

Sinjang Dong in Songtan.
Feels like a 1-1 ratio with Koreans at times. |

quite a few in downtown seoul (gwangwhamun-jongno-insa-dong) ... i suppose the high concentration of institutes, embassies and tourist crap has something to do with it. |
